Automated invoicing from Outlook to Sage
Automated Invoicing reduces time, minimises errors and saves money.
As part of the Springboard IT Quote Assistant product billable actions for a job are stored as tasks in Outlook. When a job needs invoicing a charge for each action is needed. The charge defaults to the quoted amount but is editable to cope with any changes.
SQA allows Sage customer records to be created from Outlook contacts, a PDF of the invoice created and printed or attached to email, and the invoice recorded on Sage. Alternatively the invoice is recorded on Sage and no document produced, making it possible to use Sage invoice printing.
Automated invoicing from SharePoint to Sage
As part of a customised SharePoint order management system list information for Orders and Customers is taken and invoices created on Sage Line 50.
