14 years ago, administration was labour intensive and eroding sales margin. The young business was growing, taking on staff and needed a scaleable system which more than one person could access and utilise. Over the years Springboard has further developed our ‘Springboard Quote Assistant’ software (SQA) as the business needs have dictated and grown.
Start up business, owner had designed a simple Access Database and created various Word Mail Merge documents used within sales order process, ongoing job management and client reorders. Springboard took data and mail merge templates and set about streamlining the wider scope of the job management administration.
Take our Springboard Quote Assistant software (SQA), develop the capabilities of the software including integration of information from Outlook, Sage and Excel. Data input at customer enquiry stage is used, updated and recalled throughout the sales process. Supplier quotations are input and captured against the enquiry. A collection of existing and new information on customer, supplier and job specific forms/data centres are combined to produce all internal and external documentation. Reorders are a click of a few mouse buttons.
