Using Sage data for CRM
Accurate and consistent measuring of profitability was a challenge. Company operating in a competitive marketplace with tight margins and ever changing raw material costs. Wanted to produce multiple business reports, simply, on Customer Profitability, Sales Representative Performance and Product Group Performance with no duplication of staff efforts.
Sage Line 50 was in place, they had been recommended a move to Xero with a 3rd party stock management system. This seemed a large, risky and potentially expensive upheaval with impacts across the entire company.
Springboard was able to give the customer confidence. Properly implemented, Sage’s stock system and ‘Bill of Materials’ functionality, combined with sensible use of Product and Customer analysis would provide all the raw data needed. The data could be used to accurately measure all the profitability metrics desired.
